Why a scribe - ✔✔ Working in the Emergency Department as a scribe will give me invaluable medical experience. Being able to follow a physician through the process of seeing patients being admitted to tests being ordered and so on is a wonderful opportunity for me as a pre-health professional

A time I had to deal with conflict or a difficult group member - ✔✔ I have been in sitiuations in school where participating in a group project becomes necessary and sometimes one group member has a tendency to take the backdrop in terms of contributing to the group or on the opposite spectrum try to dictate every aspect. To resolve this , I try to initiate a group discussion where all members go around and contribute an idea and add on to other group members ideas. This was everyone will have a voice and everyone will have contributued.
