-must complete NPTE exam prior to clinical service —> during this time individual ID as physical therapist licensed applicant (past NPTE THEN can do clinical service to be granted CA license)
-1 month can be waived every month clinical service inside of CA (up to all 9 mo)
-3 mo waived if course in law/ethics completed at post secondary institution or conned units of ethics completed
-can be evaluated for PTA exam if deemed not enough edu for NPTE for foreign only
ARTICLE 8: Offenses against this chapter (PT Practice Act)
