Reporting Responsibilities of Individuals - ANS ✔✔✔ - (a) within 30 days, a licensee or a person meeting the requirements of the licensee shall report to the commission:
(1) any name change;
(2) a permanent mailing address other than an agency address;
(3) all subsequent address changes;
(4) An arrest, charge, or an indictment for a criminal offense above the grade of class C misdemeanor or for any class C misdemeanor involving the duties and responsibilities of office or family violence, including the name of the resting agency, the style, the court, and case number of the charge or indictment if any;
(5) the final disposition of the criminal action;
(6) receipt of a dishonorable or other discharge based on misconduct which bars further military service.
Responsibility of a Law Enforcement Agency to Report an Arrest - ANS ✔✔✔ - -For any offense above a class C misdemeanor, or for any class C misdemeanor involving the duties and responsibilities of the office or family violence

Minimum Standards for Initial Licensure - ANS ✔✔✔ - (1) Age Requirement
(A) for peace officers and public security officers, is 21 years of age; Or 18 years of age if the applicant has received:
(i) an associates degree; or 60 semester hours of credit from an accredited college or university
(ii) has received an honorable discharge from the Armed Forces of the United States after at least two years of active service
(B) for jailers is 18 years of age;
(2) minimum education requirements:
(A) has passed a general education development GED test indicating high school graduation level
