What are the three safety checks performed during medication setup?
1: check for medication room or cart, and restock any supplies needed.
2: check for the medication administration record to see if there are any questions. Ask the nurse, pharmacist or supervisor to clarify any questions.

is any type if inappropriate sexual intimacy or inappropriate comments between two people.
Involuntary seclusion
is a form of emotional abuse. it occurs when the resident is separated from others or confined to a room without consent.
Misappropriation of resident property
is the deliberate exploitation of belonging or money without the resident's consent.
Verbal abuse
occurs when words are used to humiliate or degrade the resident or degrade the resident (name calling, teasting, threatening)
