that was used several projects ago for the same firm and which the company had decided to stop using. They did this as they figured it was simpler and faster. Their team leader had assumed that the process would be the same as the last time. And did not notice the error until it was too late. You and your team members are resentful as the error will reflect badly on you all, despite the fact that it was not your fault. They are concerned about bonuses, promotion prospects, and being excluded from important future projects, in the preference for more successful teams. Your teammates feel that as a team leader you should represent them and voice their concerns in some way to the senior team. You agree but wonder whether you could have done more to anticipate and avoid the problem.
