2. Read and insert your name into the declaration below:

4. Once you have completed your exam, upload your Word file to the exam link on Blackboard
no later than 5:30 pm CST on December 8, 2020. No PDF documents will be accepted.
5. The maximum time to complete this exam is 3 hours (plus 45 minutes for downloading the
exam materials and uploading the completed exam file to Blackboard). Therefore, you have
3 hours and 45 minutes including the time for submission. Exams will not be accepted after
the deadline. Maximum word counts for each question are provided. Any text beyond
the maximum word count will not be graded.
6. Writing your answers in bullet points is strongly encouraged and may help you to more
easily stay within maximum word counts.
7. Be sure to read the case before starting to write, which is included as a separate PDF in
Blackboard: “COMM 204 Final Exam - Prosper Marketing Fit”.
8. This is an open book exam and you may access class slides, class notes, your textbook,
and any other course materials. Do not conduct additional research on the Internet as your
answers must be based on material found in the case and studied as part of the class.
9. This exam is worth 70 points. Allocate your time accordingly.
