3) Beauty Salons, Specialty Salons And Dual Shops May Lease Space To Independent Contractor Who Holds A Booth Rental (Independent Contractor) License; Lessor To Independent Contractor Must Maintain List Of All Renters That Includes Name Of Renter And Cosmetology License Number Of Renter (Must Also Supply Department Representative With List Of Renters Upon Request)
4) Beauty Salons, Specialty Salons And Dual Shops May Lease Space To Mini-Salon Licensees Or Mini-Dual Shop Permittees; Lessor Must Maintain List Of All Mini-Salon Or Mini-Dual Shop License Numbers And Expiration Dates And Must Provide List To Department Representative Upon Request

C) If Shop Does Not Currently Have Employed Or Have Contract With Least One Licensed Barber Or One Licensed Cosmetologist, Owner Must Immediately Display Prominent Sign At Entrance And Exit Of Shop Indicating No Barber Or No Cosmetologist Is Available
D) If Shop Has Neither Employed Nor Contracted With At Least One Licensed Barber Or Cosmetologist For Period Of 45 Days Or More Owner Shall
D1) Not Place Any New Advertisement Or Display Any Sign Or Symbol Indicating That Shop Offers Barbering Or Cosmetology Services
