Python Project || Build A Mobile App With Python 🔥 kivy python tutorial
Tech2 etc
In this tutorial, we will create a Python application from scratch
... [Show More] using the Kivy module. With Kivy, we can develop applications for various platforms, including iOS and Android, without the need to learn separate programming languages. I will be sharing more Python projects and tutorials in the future.
If you have any questions or comments about this project, feel free to leave them below. Let's get started! First, open your favorite code editor and create a new project with a Python file. Next, we need to install the Kivy module. To do this, enter "kivy" as the module name in your computer's command line.
After installing Kivy, we can begin coding the application. First, we will create a grid layout and input grid layout. We will add labels to the grid so that users can easily navigate and understand their purpose.
To import the Label module, we will include the following code:
from kivy.uix.label import Label
Once we have imported Label, we can add it to our grid with the following code:
grid.add_widget(Label(text='This is a Label!'))
And that's it! We have successfully created a simple Python application using the Kivy module.
In order to add a new column to our app, we need to first define its structure. This will involve adding a new class within the super class, which represents our app. We will call this class "ChildF", which will represent ourselves.
Next, we need to specify what information we want to include in this new column. For this tutorial, we will be adding three labels: student name, student marks, and student gender. However, you can add more labels as needed.
Once we have added the necessary code for our new column, we can run the application to check that it is working correctly. This will involve accessing the UI representation of our app and testing that the new column is displaying the correct information.
Finally, we need to save this data to our backend using a Python file. To do this, we will need to define a parent class called "ParentApp" and add a run function so that our app will run correctly. Finally, we must add the necessary code so that the program will run when our file name is selected.
In this button, we need to add a text so users can understand that it's a button. The button name will be "Click Me". When users click on this button, their values will be saved in our backend using the variable name "pressed". Let's run this program and see. We have our app and a button named "Click Me". We need to call ourselves using the name stored in "as name". This is a beginner level app using KV in Python. In the future, I'll bring some advanced tutorials on KV in Python. If you're a beginner, I hope you enjoy this tutorial and learn something new. Please subscribe to this channel for more tutorials and to inspire me to bring more projects like this. [Show Less]
