Initial Appearance

Bail Hearing
Judge examines the facts and sets bail. Can hold with or without bail or release under OR
Preliminary Hearing
Similar to court trial where both attorneys present evidence and examine witnesses. Sole purpose is for the judge to determine if there is enough evidence to hold defendant for trial.
Trial
Main court proceeding where the defendant can hear evidence against him, confront witnesses and have an attorney to defend him. Same with prosecution
Sentencing
