Nagad is the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office. It is where transactions became
one step more easily than it was before.
... [Show More] Although the company has been in Bangladesh for a year
now, it has set its place throughout the minds of people countrywide. The company has brought
several opportunities as well as scopes for us by making several services that are discussed
below.
In our report, it is briefed how the HR managers maintain their relationships with the current
employees and carries out all the recruitment, selection process, Training and developing as well
as the benefits they offer to the employees. The report also contains the detailed version of the
long termed goals and strategy of Nagad.
Methodology
To give a better outcome to our reports, we used two types of methods, Primary and secondary.
For the Primary source, we prepare unstructured questionnaire where each of the members had 6
to 7 questions as per our query. Later on, the plan was to visit Nagad and take an interview from
one of their HR managers and get the answers to our questions.
The secondary source is the data or information we could gathered from various sites,
newspaper, other research paper etc.
Although we thought of visiting Nagad, but due to some unavoidable reasons that couldn’t
happen and hence, we took the interview by calling one of the HR managers, Miss Nusrat
Rabbani who gave us enormous time as well as information which helped us to successfully
make this report.
Background Information about Nagad
Nagad is a dynamic and secured digital financial service app which facilitates and makes it more
efficient with the transactions like cash in, cash out, sending money (P2P), and providing mobile
recharge. It is operating under authority of the Bangladesh post office that is an attached
department of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication, managed by third wave
Technologies Limited (TWTL).
