Innovative - Exemplify and define remarkable performance; set new standards of excellence and remarkable performance.
affective commitment - (Want to stay) identify with the organizational goals, feel they fit into the organization, and are satisfied with their work. Feel valued, act as ambassadors for their organization, generally great assists for the company.
continuance commitment - -Lack of work alternatives and compensation. -Becomes an issue for the organization as people that are continuance committed may become dissatisfied/disengaged with their work but are unwilling to leave.
normative commitment - - people feel that leaving their organization would have a disastrous consequences, and feel a sense of guilt about the possibility of leaving. - leaving would cause a void in knowledge/skills, increasing pressure on peers. - negatively influence the performance of professionals working in the organizations.
