be relevant to meet the specific requirements of the task in which the information is to be used. For
example, in a national super market chain, the report of the purchased products, products that are
ordered in case of unavailability and rate at which the products are sold are important to CEO in an
appropriate format at the end of each month. However, customer information is inappropriate to the
CEO.

needs to organise the customer information database in an understandable format because if the

be suitable for the recipient’s knowledge and literacy. Moreover, the information needs to be available
