In respond to the request Mr. Li said that there was a problem of which customers were offered unacceptable large discount that caused them Wired Works to loose. Mr Shama said that the business will face difficulties and there was a possibility of them facing problems which will hinder their business.
Mr Ngcobo proposed to focus on their own business and sell electronics that are quality and show them that they are better than the completion. Ms Shama also agreed with Mr Ncgobo’s suggestion and added that team work should be revised and also not to target on one market but instead focus on quality in order to get more sales. Furthermore , Ms Mandonsela said that they should report their predicaments to the Head office so that they could revise their policy on discounts. She added that team work workshop as well as comparison of Debbie’s products and theirs should be done as a way of convincing the customers that they were not into competition.
Mr Li also encouraged the staff members to work with the Head Office so that they provide new brochures and advertisement. The chairperson advised Mr Li to schedule the workshop for the following week. They all moved to the next agenda.

This memorandum saves to inform all the staff members of Free Enterprise company about the negative publicity rumors of mismanagement of funds, protest action and retrenchment of staff as well as the closure of the company.

Since the company is going through difficult times the staff members are advised not to react to the information published on newspapers and televisions about mismanagement of funds. Furthermore, the rumors spread about retrenchments are giving the company’s name a bad image. Most staff members had worked with the company since it was established in 1987 , the trust and respect the management had with the company should not be distorted by media rumors. Therefore the issue of protest action about the company should be avoided and respect the company’s reputation.
All staff members are encouraged not to consider the media rumors since the matters are investigated by the management . In addition , management guaranteed safety to all the staff members and the company promised to be loyal, open as well as transparent.

4.1 Membership
MsLesego the chairperson initiated the meeting by giving a detailed report on fundraising campaign which was aimed to recruit the youth. The report also showed success of R10 000 whichunfortunately could not grant them membership . In addition MrMoodley said that workers showed commitments and hard work but registration of membership failed totally.
MrsMoloi suggested that members should avoid personal and emotional responses but insteadfocuseson learning experience and delegating tasks, avoiding members who absent themselves in order for them to be granted membership. Furthermore she suggested long weekends outing activities of which families

will be involved. MsMoloi also suggested not to overburden staff members and the suggestion was agreed upon .
Mr smith will finalize the duty roster with schedules activities. Mslesego appreciated scheduled activities designed by Mr Smith and suggested to move forward. MsMoloi said that they need to view on marketing strategies and registration procedures and present the planning in the next meeting.

As a news reader of the daily report newspaper,it came to my attention that the journalist are focusing on the news of the celebrities only. Based on my analysis as a daily reader the information included is about dating, marriage, and physical weight of celebrities. In addition, their drinking habits, fashion and favorite brand names are also mentioned.
In order to show professionalism it is essential to cover different types of news. Considering the fact that we all have different personal interest, it is essential for the journalist to cover all aspects of news in order to meet all the desires of people. News which should be released areas politics, presidential as well as disasters should be included. Current news about what is happening in the country, water and electricity situations should be considered.
Furthermore, accidents and what affects the majority should also be included. Journalism sector need to priorities and include variety of aspects that covers everyone who buys the news paper. Considering and valuing individual needs is very important since it avoids readers from changing newspapers. By so doing that it also gives continuity to their services and keeps professionalism respected.

REPORT ON AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE POSSIBLE REASONS FOR THE POOR SERVICE AND QUALLITY OF FOOD SAVED IN THE DINING HALL
TERMS OF REFERENCE
On 16 of March 2018, the school manager of Penelope Integrated College requested for an investigation into the possible reasons for poor sevice and quality of food sved in the dining hall of. A recommention to be sent to the management of team and the school governing board.
PROCEDURES
A meeting to be conducted with the students , teachers as well as the parents inorder to find the poor services provided and quality of food saved by the kitchen staff. Questionnaires with series of questions that measures the staff professionals was issued to the kitchen staff members. An interview was conducted with the teachers in respond to the possible reasons for poor services. A task team was delegated to visit the kitchen and find out how the kitchen was as well as how food was cooked and saved. Consultant was also hired in order to find out which professional documents were used by the kitchen staff.
FINDINGS
Based on the procedures listed above the following were found out: Based on the meetings carried out it was found out that the kitchen staff were deliberately proving poor service and quality of food because they were under paid. Questionnaires reveled that kitchen staff were not trained and did not have proper professionals to provide quality services .An interview with the teachers showed that
there was poor service and there was no monitoring from the Department of Health. A task team noticed that the floors had no cleaners, kitcken utensils were dirty, food was not cooked according to the methods taught. Parents also showed concern and wanted to take their children from the school.
CONCLUSION
Based on the finding above the following conclusions wer reached; Management was not using the required salary scales to pay the kitcken staff. Some staff members were using lower standards of professionals which were not upgraded . Three quarters of the kitchen staff were not trained. Monitors were not caring out their duties properly and not even showing up on duty. There was only overload of one cleaner in the kitchen. Parents showed emotions were beyond control.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It was recommended that kitchen staff members should be paid using the proper salary scale . T he kitchen staff to use their professional ethics and provide good service and quality food. In service

training should be provided by the health department. Monitors from the department of health to do their duties properly. The management for the college to hire more cleaning staff I to work in the kitchen.
