After purchasing and studying a document, you can write a review. To do so, you go to your 'Downloads' and you will have to click on 'Post Review'. Then a window appears in which you can assign a number of stars to the document.

By reviewing a document, you’ll let your fellow students know what you think of the quality of the document. With your review, you’ll help another student picking out good documents.
