because it is important to know how my health Is on a more normal basis than currently.
3. Exercise: this goal is a long term one because I want to be able to keep my organs in good health
and exercise is a good lifestyle to live anyways. There are so many positive outcomes from
exercise especially for you reproductive health.
4. Eating good and nutrition: this goal is a long term one because eating well also affects how your
organs function and what nutrients are provided to them. I always want to have good reproductive
health so I need to eat right.
